We are so proud and honored that Miss He Sapa Win, Miss Black Hills Pow Wow Tyler Starcomesout chose to run with our youth on the Victory Run, she made that committment and carried it through to the end. She ran the allied tribes flag in to the tipi council lodge where she shared a messsge of hope. She carries herself in a respectful way just like her grandmothers before her.

Women are the foundation of our Nations. We supported our warriors and at times fought beside them. We continue to fight for our children, our communities, Nations and future generations. Victory Day Womens Warrior Parade. Our Women showed up: Veterans, grandmothers, women warriors , women honoring their ancestors and carrying on their legacies. Our voices were heard and our presence seen. We led the Youth Victory Runners. Thank you to all our women warriors and youth runners.
