We are so lucky to have Thomas Wells and Joy Wouden as our narrators for "Lamb of God" tomorrow, April 11th! The narrators bring so much to this beautiful story, especially as the voice of Jesus Christ.

Thomas Wells, has enjoyed a lifelong avocation as a theatrical narrator and commercial voice talent, providing live narration and recorded soundtracks in a wide variety of settings. His primary voice work has been in dramatic theatrical readings for religious and cultural programs including sacred theater works, choral concerts, and live scriptural reenactments. He has also provided his voice talent for industrial training tapes and marketing videos.
Speaking of the opportunity to narrate this production of 'Lamb of God' he says, “I am both pleased and excited to have the privilege of lending my voice talent to this wonderful sacred work and it is my hope that all who listen will feel the Savior’s grace and love this Easter season.”

Joy has always found happiness, comfort, rejoicing, peace, and...joy...in Christ through scriptures and music. She has tremendous gratitude for parents who made those things a priority and pleasure. She has always found great fulfillment in uplifting others and spreading the good news of Christ's life and mission to bring salvation to all through music and word and service. She hopes that all people who hear this remarkable work will feel God's love for them personally and find hope in Christ this Easter season and always.

Don't miss this beautiful story! Last day to get tickets for just $12!! Link in bio.

We're pleased to welcome Alyssa Lincoln as the Damsel and Stephenie Clarke as the Maid in Saturday's performance of "Lamb of God".

Alyssa has had a lifelong love of music. She grew up playing the violin, singing in choirs, and performing in musical theater while studying voice for many years.Alyssa went on to earn her degree in Music Education w/ choral emphasis from Northern Arizona University. She began her career as a high school choir director in Arizona. After relocating to Colorado and starting a family, she taught voice privately.

Locally, she has performed with and directed a variety of church & community choirs, including Colorado Springs Chorale. One of her most memorable experiences was performing as a backup singer for Sarah Brightman. Alyssa currently directs the Ascend Youth Choir and also enjoys teaching fitness classes, hiking, and traveling with her husband and four children.

Stephenie has been singing her whole life, studying voice privately in high school, at BYU, and in Seoul. She was never in choir until she joined the Central Texas Master Singers in Texas when her husband was deployed with the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. Since then, she has found a great choir wherever the Army has sent her family: Camarata Chorale and Chamber Choir in Seoul, Korea, Colorado Saints Chorale, and now Ascend. Steph is thrilled to be a part of The Lamb of God again. She spends most of her time with her family and at Sand Creek High School, teaching Spanish.

Don't miss them in this stunning performance THIS SATURDAY at 2PM and 6PM.

We are so happy to have Katie Jensen joining us as Mary the Mother in "Lamb of God" this week!

Katie Jensen is a mom, wife, teacher, gardener, reader, and a lover of all things music. She has lived in many states and countries, having both grown up in and married into the Air Force, but Colorado has been home since 1998. She graduated from The University of Northern Colorado with an English for Secondary Education degree and has put that degree to work by home educating her four kids for the last 14 years, and finding multiple opportunities to educate and learn alongside teens wherever she goes, both in church and the community. She is deeply honored to have the opportunity to portray Mary, the Mother of Jesus in Lamb of God this year.

We are glad to welcome Chris Freeman as the apostle Judas in "Lamb of God"!

Born in Camp Verde, AZ, Chris learned to love music at a very early age from his parents, Gregg and Helen Freeman. At age 5, he started performing with the Camp Verde Kids’ Chorus, a local community choir directed by Helen. After singing the part of Judas in the 2024 production of “Lamb of God,” Chris began taking vocal lessons from Tim Filichia. In 2025’s production, he sang the part of Thomas, and is excited to reprise his role of Judas this year.

Regarding playing the part of Judas, Chris says “We’ve all betrayed Jesus in some way. But there is hope and forgiveness possible for all of us through His Atonement.”

Make sure you have your tickets to see Chris in "Lamb of God" in Colorado Springs on April 11th!
