Even behind bars, hope finds a way in.

Read this powerful testimony from a missionary in South Asia:
"My work within the prison walls this quarter has been deeply moving. I have been spending time with several men in prison who feel both society and their families have cast them out. One man, told me his life felt like a dark cell with no key. I shared with him that Jesus came to set the captives free not just from physical chains, but from the weight of our past. I told him how Jesus loves the humble and those who feel rejected. The man began to weep and said he had never heard of a God who would care for someone in his position. After several weeks of talking and praying together, he has decided to follow the path of Jesus, finding a spiritual freedom that he says no prison wall can take away.

Please pray for this man and other new believers behind bars, that they stay strong in their faith despite their surroundings. Pray also that the prison authorities continue to allow me to sit and share the message of peace with those from this community who are searching for hope.”

No wall can stop the Gospel. No past is too heavy for grace.

Courage doesn’t always feel strong. Sometimes it feels like a shaking hand that chooses to keep going.

Read this powerful testimony from a missionary in South Asia:
"That day, I was playing the Audio Bible in a village, sharing the Good News of Jesus. A few people were listening with interest. Suddenly, a Hindu man came angrily and shouted, ‘Stop this, or it won’t be good for you!’ My heart started pounding… my hands were shaking. But in that very moment, I remembered ‘The Lord is with me!’ I closed my eyes and prayed silently. Amazingly, after a few moments, his voice softened… and he walked away without saying anything more. That day I realized anew the peace of God is real, even in the middle of fear."

Peace in the middle of fear. Boldness in the face of opposition. This is what happens when the Gospel goes forward.
