The First Reading of Ordinance 23 is Thursday August 6 at the Regular BoCC meeting scheduled to start at 9:15 AM at 112 North A St, Cripple Creek. The First Reading of Ordinance 23 agenda item is scheduled at 9:45.

The Draft of Ordinance 23, covering Short Term Rental (STR) regulations will be discussed at the Teller County Board of County Commissioners Work Session on Tuesday July 21 at 800 Research Dr, Suite 230, Woodland Park starting at 9:30 (STR agenda item listed at 11:30)

The First Reading of Ordinance 23 (STR Regs) will be Thursday July 23 at the Regular TC BoCC Meeting in Cripple Creek at 9:15 AM at 112 North A St, starting at 9:15 (First Reading scheduled for 9:45 AM).

The Teller County Board of Commissioners rescheduled the Work Session to discuss Ordinance 23, which will outline the proposed Short Term Rental regulations, to Wednesday June 17 at 10:30 AM at 800 Research Drive Suite 230 in Woodland Park.

The Commissioners will discuss the key points they want covered in the Ordinance and provide direction for the staff who will write the regulations.

As a reminder, the public is not allowed to make comments at the Work Sessions.

Please share this information with anyone who is concerned about the potential impact STR regs could have on their property rights or their businesses.

The Teller County Board of Commissioners have scheduled a Work Session at 1:30 PM on Tuesday June 9 in Cripple Creek to discuss "Ordinance 23". Ordinance 23 will address Short Term Rental regulations. It sounds like there is not currently a draft regulation, but the Commissioners will discuss the direction they wish to go.

As a reminder, public comments or questions are not allowed at Work Sessions. The Work Sessions are not streamed nor recorded.
