Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team meets at 1 pm on the third Thursday of each month at Pikes Peak Workforce Center:

Citizens Service Center

Meetings are in conference room near Aspenpointe Café. After walking into the building's main entrance, take a right down the hallway that leads to Aspenpointe Café. You will see the meeting room on the right, before Aspenpointe Café.
