We foster community leadership, education, and empowerment, and encourage an environment of continual growth. Our mission is to provide genuinely tangible and accessable local resources and referrals, create organizing space, address inequality, re-invest in the

local community, and celebrate the creative contributions of queer and trans people. We aim to build community participation in collaborative efforts to reduce service overlap, and increase transparency and accountability.
