We're seeking a leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Military Community Youth Ministries (MCYM) and Vice President of Young Life Military.
For over 40 years, MCYM has been the world's only global Christian organization exclusively focused on America's military teenagers, reaching approximately 300,000 teens of active-duty service members at installations worldwide through our Club Beyond program.
This dual role requires a strategic leader who can advance our mission to celebrate life with military teens, introduce them to Christ, and help them grow in their faith. The successful candidate will work closely with military chaplains, installation leadership, and the Young Life organization, while providing vision and direction for our dedicated staff and volunteers serving on bases around the globe.
