PART 2

"We asked for a seat at the table. So we built our own."

For years, we've advocated for inclusion, equitable investment, and meaningful representation. We've shared the data, built partnerships, and demonstrated results. But this story isn't really about what we weren't given.
It's about what we built anyway.

In this segment, ⭐️ Joe Aldaz challenges us to think about what inclusion looks like in practice. Not as a slogan, but as a commitment reflected in priorities, investments, and action.

When communities are overlooked, they have a choice: wait for recognition or create their own opportunities.
We've made our choice.
And we're just getting started.

In the next clip, we'll share how a Chamber that started with fewer than 50 members and less than $10,000 in revenue became a nationally recognized organization serving hundreds of businesses across Southern Colorado.
