𝙏𝙍𝙐𝙀 𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙔...

My first “career move” as a young adult was network marketing. 👯‍♀️👯‍♂️

🤯If you’re an INTROVERT like me, you might be thinking I was CRAZY!

As a matter fact, it was one of the hardest businesses (and jobs) I’ve ever had! 💯

There was no social media back then... it was all...
👉🏻Cold Calling Strangers
👉🏻Harassing friends
👉🏻Organizing parties
👉🏻Going to networking events
👉🏻Walking up to strangers on the street / or in restaurants
👉🏻One time I even took out my mom’s church phone book and started cold calling people from church... OUCH!😖

🤷‍♀️Even though I hustled my butt off and made little money, I learned a lot of valuable lessons about:

✨stepping way out of my comfort zone
✨swallowing my pride/ego
✨working ridiculous hours
✨mental power of commitment
✨THE VALUE OF CONSISTENTLY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS!

And most importantly... Even though I was (and always will be) an Introvert... it doesn’t mean I can’t show up as a leader when I need to be!💥📢

👩‍🏫📚LESSON: Sometimes when you don’t see an ROI in your business right away, you think it’s a waste of time...

𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙗𝙖𝙙 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨?

💯This is SUCH a huge problem for SO MANY service-based entrepreneurs... especially those that have a strong mission to help others (most coaches and consultants)!😔😔😔

So if this is you, know that you are NOT alone!🥰🥰🥰

🙋‍♀️In fact, this is something that I struggled with for many many years (starting with feeling bad about asking for allowance after doing my chores).💸

But just because you are one-in-many, doesn’t mean that you need to stay one-in-many!

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥:

𝑭𝑬𝑨𝑹 of stepping-up (because the moment someone pays you, you need to step up as a
leader!)

𝑭𝑬𝑨𝑹 of responsibility (being responsible to produce the results you promised!)

𝑭𝑬𝑨𝑹 of letting others down (if we let them down, it doesn't matter because they didn’t
pay us... right?)

-and SOOOO many other 𝑭𝑬𝑨𝑹s!

✨Feeling bad about asking for money does NOT come from a serving place, it comes from a selfish place of letting fear stand in the way of you truly helping the people you are meant to help!✨
