Every since I was a kid, I loved the Texas  armadillo I had stickers. I had the posters loved everything about the armadillo headquarters in Austin Texas over the years we have drove to Car shows any events in our cars with people like Brad Thompson, Treavor&cooper Partlow , Pat Mcmahand, Deacon Magill, Tommy Meeks schane Simmons,  and my kids !!! At one time one of us would always find time to break down on the side of the road and we would get all of our all of us and our tools and jump in one of the cars and go get parts get back and work together so we can make it to the car show. I have a toolbox full of tools and I can tell you where every tool came from what town and why we broke down from fuel filters to water pumps throwing out driveshafts and you name it.we done it . I have always admired a traveling car club called the side of the road gang from Big Springs cause they would all travel together and work on their stuff when they broke down ,so they inspired me to come up with the asphalt armadillos between a armadillo or one of our cars one of them would wind up dead on the side of the road. so with the guys I have mentioned countless car shows and many miles and miles of traveling down the road and thousand dollars worth of gasoline. This my friends is the traveling asphalt armadillos!!!
