Is anyone else already thinking of July 4th in Colorado City? Well I know it is on the minds of the Jessie Guerra and the chamber, especially when it comes to the fireworks show.
This is the 250th Birthday of America and we want to go BIG!! This year, we started asking for donations on Jan 1st and we have been receiving some, but we need more!! Just like everything else, the cost of fireworks went up and there have been some factory explosions in China. So, what is in the US warehouses and on boats headed this way is all there is and everybody wants some but Jessie beat them to the punch. He has been very lucky to already get his list in and we have our fireworks being held. This community has been soo generous in the past with their donations and we are very thankful for that and we are asking again for you to help contribute to YOUR fireworks in Colorado City!!
We are not picky about the donation size, it all truly adds up, we just want to have another amazing July 4th fireworks show that everyone talks about for miles around!!
