All visitors including, but not limited to guest, patrons, staff, volunteers, tenants, renters, all local, state or federal employees or agencies or agents thereof, vendors and businesses shall not be allowed on these premises whatsoever, without first, the expressed written consent of management or the registered agent and without first signing a required release of liability statement; and if a business or contractor or subcontractor, of any type business, private or public, without furnishing the institution's registered agent with proof of required liability insurance for it's employees and equipment and for damages to the institution or its property by any 3rd party individual and/or business; all for the safety and security of all persons and equipment on the premises.
