Please Join Us in Welcoming Coach Trey Goins, Lacrosse Coach!

A proud Owasso native and 2021 Owasso High School graduate, Trey brings a strong combination of playing and coaching experience, along with a passion for growing lacrosse in Oklahoma.

A multi-sport varsity athlete at Owasso, Trey competed in lacrosse, football, basketball, and track & field. In lacrosse, he earned All-State honors as a junior and senior, served as team captain, and became the first athlete in Owasso High School history to sign with a Division I lacrosse program.

Trey continued his playing career as a four-year NCAA collegiate athlete, beginning at the University at Albany and later playing at Newberry College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2025.

He has continued coaching throughout Oklahoma with ADVNC Lacrosse, ADVNC Oklahoma Lacrosse Club, and previously Impulse Lacrosse Club, working with athletes from youth through high school. He has also served as an assistant coach at Cascia Hall High School.

Trey’s coaching philosophy focuses on fundamentals, accountability, teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, and developing the whole athlete. His connection to Owasso lacrosse runs deep, having also worked with the INFC and previously served as a youth lacrosse referee in the Tulsa area.

We are excited to welcome Trey back home as he gives back to the community that helped shape him and helps develop the next generation of Owasso lacrosse players 🐏🥍💪🏼!!
