🍝 A YEAR AGO, WE SERVED UP SOMETHING SPECIAL — AND NOW WE'RE DOING IT AGAIN! 🍝

Last year's Collingswood Rotary Meatball Contest brought our community together for a night of great food, friendly competition, and an even bigger cause.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who came out, the event was a huge success — together, we raised the funds to help purchase a brand-new mobile scoreboard for Collingswood High School, replacing one that had served our student-athletes for nearly 18 years and was no longer operational.

Every time that scoreboard lights up now, it's a reminder of what happens when local businesses and community members come together. 💙

Collingswood Rotary Kicks Off the Fall Season!

Our weekly meeting was back in full swing this past Wednesday, and it felt great to reconnect as a club heading into fall. There's nothing like a full room to get everyone energized for the season ahead!

This week we were thrilled to welcome two special guests: Meghan Tumolo and Caitlin Jensen from the Collingswood Education Fund (CEF).

About the Collingswood Education Fund:

CEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports, enriches, and advances student learning in our public school community through fundraising, partnerships, and grantmaking. The organization grew out of a grassroots community effort to better understand and respond to ongoing public school funding challenges here in New Jersey.

CEF brings together community members, families, educators, local businesses, and civic leaders to help turn educator-led ideas into real opportunities for Collingswood students — all through an entirely volunteer-run Board committed to transparency and community-focused operations.

A few highlights Meghan and Caitlin shared with us:

- The 2026–2027 CEF Grant Cycle is open now through October 1, 2026, supporting impactful educational opportunities across Collingswood Public Schools.
- CEF officially launched in Spring 2026 with its first event, Sound Investment, which raised nearly $13,000 with 500 attendees.

- CEF is looking for volunteers for its Grants Review Committee, Events Committee, Fundraising Committee, and more.

National Night Out in the Borough of Collingswood is wrapping up another amazing event! This nationwide event brings residents and local law-enforcement together for various activities to strengthen the community.

Collingswood Rotary was thrilled to be a part of it along with so many other amazing organizations! Thank you for everyone that turned out to make this a successful evening. Huge shout out to DJ Bennie James for his talents behind the mic!!

What a night at Collingswood Rotary!

Last night, we gathered for our annual Changeover Dinner — a wonderful tradition that marks the transition of club leadership. We bid a heartfelt farewell and thank you to outgoing President Kathy Mullan for her dedicated service, and warmly welcomed Faye Takata as our incoming President. Exciting things ahead for our club!

The evening was made even more special as we inducted new members into our Rotary family — welcome to the Collingswood Rotary Club! We can't wait to see the impact you'll make in our community and beyond. 🤝

And of course, no celebration would be complete without a little extra fun — we also got to wish the wonderful Dr. Amy Henderson Riley a very happy birthday! 🎂🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who helped coordinate and organize such a memorable evening, and a special shoutout to the Raccoon Taproom for hosting us and making it all come together beautifully. 🍻
