Another HUGE workday in the neighborhood! HUGE thanks to Hank Prost for organizing a group of about 20 of us to take on cleaning/priming/painting the fence by the school. (Plus Hank did a TON of work on his own to get everything ready).

The results speak for themselves. Thanks to all the volunteers for all the hard work. Plus we had quite a bit of fun😉‼️

Another huuuuuuuuge workday for your neighborhood volunteers‼️ And, once again, SO much work and SO much fun‼️ Thanks this week go to your neighbors who put in a ton of extra work cleaning up after last Tuesday’s weather “event” in the front park. Kudos to Clark, Karolina, Faith, Mary Ellen, Ron, Pat, Matthew, Avery, Ram, Jill, Phil, Linda, Simmi, Brian, Jo-Ann, Terry, Kim, Janice, Cliff, Mark, Bob, Don, Hank, and Mary for the amazing job. SO much work! SO much fun! Huge thanks to the two dozen volunteers helped on Saturday with the HOA work day. SO much was accomplished by Cliff, Karolina, Clark, Becky, Mark, Pamela, Gary, Kim, Janice, Jill, Linda, Simmi, Steve, Debbie, Ron, Mary Ellen, Ram, Don, Pat, Bob, Terry, Linda, Brian, and (our fearless leader) Jo-Ann‼️‼️‼️ Thank your neighbors for over 50 person-hours of work 😲 (and also thanks to a couple more homeowners who made monetary contributions to help with landscaping costs).

Your neighborhood volunteers spent 2 hours trimming nandinas on Post Oak and Bur Oak this morning (under Jo-Ann’s expert tutelage). Many look better already and some now have the chance to grow correctly. Thanks to Ingrid for organizing and to Carl, Pat, Steve, Jo-Ann, Ingrid, and Debbie for all the hard work. UPDATE> 5:45 Monday …we just gave away/repurposed well over 100 plants!

Our volunteers dug out the lantana in the front beds and readied them for annuals this AM. Want some lantana plants for your yard? Pick up all you want from the Bryant’s yard the end of Post Oak Trail. They are in containers for you and will be available until 5:00pm Tuesday. Happy Halloween🎃‼️

TREATS, no tricks!
Volunteers are going to be digging out dozens of yellow lantana plants from our neighborhood entrance starting at 10am Monday (10/31). You can come take as many as you want. IF there are some left over , I will put on my porch for pickup and let you know. FYI - they are native plants to TX, perennial, need plenty of sun, will grow to a height of 18 - 24", and will spread beautifully. Please comment below if you're interested!

Another HOaks volunteer morning! Thanks to Ingrid once again for coordinating (and picking up the chain saw) and to Cliff, Simmi, Carl, Doug, Linda, Gary, Debbie, and Steve for all the hard work! There’s a bit more to do on Monday morning then Lawn Firm will come through with a chipper later in the week.

WOW! Thanks to our HOaks volunteers this morning - Ingrid coordinated a group of homeowners and they did a ton of work. Thanks to Ingrid, Cliff, Doug, Jo-Ann, Simmi, Linda, Debbie and Steve for all the hard work on a hot morning. (and just FYI, arrangements are being made for pickup of all the limbs. If you are so inclined, a tip to our trash collectors on Tuesday would be much appreciated - Ingrid will take your donations and pass along to them)
