Even in a space intentionally free of schedules, we offer one gentle, optional activity.

At this retreat, it was painting. 🎨

Because while so many programs fill every hour… we’ve learned—through our own grief—that healing doesn’t happen on a timeline. It requires space. Energy. And permission to simply be.

Grief is heavy work.
And sometimes, the most meaningful thing we can offer… is LESS!

A quiet table. A paintbrush. And the freedom to show up exactly as you are.
