CKSDA Thanksgiving Retreat

We have a lot to be thankful for this year. The CKSDA Thanksgiving retreat allowed us to reflect on those many blessings while also enjoying fellowship and fun together as we worshiped, took part in team activities and enjoyed relaxing by (and for some of us IN) the water.

Big shout out to Esther for planning this year’s trip, to the teams who prepped and cooked delicious food for each meal, Pr. Daniel for sharing messages with us on “Unity” and for our activity leaders who created and guided us through various outdoor adventures! All praise goes to God that everything went so well and that all who attended enjoyed His blessings and protection throughout the weekend. 😊

2025 Southeast Korean Camp Meeting

Thank you to all of our wonderful CKSDA church volunteers who made this year’s run so smoothly; and to our two speakers, Dr. Calvin Kim and Pr. Sungbae Gee, we thank you for sharing with us messages that encourage a deeper connection with Jesus in a world that needs Him more than ever.

Our Golf Tournament was a swinging success!🏌️

Early Sunday morning, our Korean and English members came together at the Brainerd Golf Course in Chattanooga to play 33 holes sponsored by several of our amazing church members. We had about 40 participants and several student volunteers, and everyone enjoyed the beautiful morning and played a great game! The Tournament raised over $7,700 for our mission work in Uganda — what a blessing!

A huge thank you to everyone who chipped in to help make this event possible, including our amazing sponsors and those who came out to play! Judging by these smiles, we’d say they had a tee-rific time! ⛳️✨

일요일 이른 아침, 우리 교회는 채터누가의 브레이너드 골프 코스에 모여 우간다 선교 후원금 마렴을 위한 골프대회를 가졌습니다. 우리는 약 40명의 참가자와 몇몇 학생 자원봉사자들이 있었고, 모두가 아름다운 아침을 즐기며 멋진 게임을 했습니다! 33홀 후원금이 모였고, 이는 7,700달러 가량 되는 금액입니다.

후원해 주신분 들과 참여해 주신 모든 분들을 포함하여 이 행사를 가능하게 하기 위해 도움을 주신 모든 분들께 큰 감사를 드립니다! ✨

We’re still thinking about all the fun we had at the Believe the Promise International Pathfinder Camporee! ⛺️✨

Whether they were tackling awesome honors, exploring the beauty of Wyoming, connecting with fellow Koreans at the cultural fair or braving fierce Wyoming storms, our Pathfinders were full of high spirits and fun at their first international camporee! We are incredibly thankful for the many blessings God showered on us throughout this unforgettable trip. Our Pioneers returned home with wonderful memories and are closer to Jesus and to one another. 🫶
