Collegedale Korean Seventh-Day Adventist Church

What a joy it was to have the Liberté Singers share with us their beautiful music this past Saturday evening. All proceeds from the event went towards our Ugandan mission, as we plan for another trip next year! We look forward to continuing to enjoy their music during East Coast Korean Camp Meeting (ECKCM) this year!

Also want to thank Collegedale Community Church for the wonderful space in which we could fully enjoy the performances.

This past Sabbath, during our combined KM/EM service, a new elder and three deacons were ordained before both our congregations. We pray they will serve God faithfully in this new service role.

Collegedale Korean Seventh-Day Adventist Church is dedicated to ongoing local and international mission work, and we have regularly hosted concerts to raise funds for these initiatives.

This year, we are pleased to announce a special performance featuring Tenor Yosep Kang (Professor at Sahmyook University) and the Liberté Ensemble.

About the Artist: Tenor Yosep Kang

Yosep Kang is a distinguished alumnus of Sahmyook University's Department of Music Education. He has achieved international acclaim, earning 3rd place at the Viotti International Music Competition and 2nd place at the Mozart International Music Competition.

His illustrious career includes serving as a principal soloist at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and performing lead roles at world-renowned venues such as the Metropolitan Opera in New York. In 2016, he was honored with the Austrian Music Theater Award for Best Male Lead, and he has been recognized as one of the Top 44 Tenors in the World.

We have prepared this exceptional program with Professor Kang and his ensemble, Liberté, to inspire and uplift our community. We cordially invite you to join us for a meaningful time of grace and a renewed commitment to our mission.

We have a lot to be thankful for this year. The CKSDA Thanksgiving retreat allowed us to reflect on those many blessings while also enjoying fellowship and fun together as we worshiped, took part in team activities and enjoyed relaxing by (and for some of us IN) the water.
