🎓🌟Senior Spotlight!

Isaac Hindman has been homeschooled his entire life, spending 13 years in the Classical Conversations community. Over that time, he not only grew up but also became a self-motivated, driven student. He particularly loved and excelled in the debates that being in CC afforded him. Isaac participated in CC through his junior year, though he finished high school by taking classes at Blinn. He has also spent a large amount of time working at a roofing company in order to invest toward the future.

Throughout his early years of high school, Isaac ran both cross country and track for the Aggieland Panthers organization, where he enjoyed the fellowship of his teammates and grew in character. His focus in track was 110m and 300m hurdles. Isaac played football for the BVCHEA Mustangs in his junior and senior years, and was an elected captain his senior year, honored with the opportunity to influence and lead in his community. Isaac also spent the last two years of high school as a member of the Lil’ and Elite Wranglers, a competitive country western dance team.

Isaac is known for valuing his friends and family. His favorite thing to do is anything involving his community. In all his school, work, and activities, he has also prioritized spending time with his parents, grandparents, brother, and four sisters.

Isaac is preparing to live on the East Coast. Isaac began dreaming about attending the United States Naval Academy as a 7th grader, and in January, Isaac’s dreams came into fruition. Isaac received the 10th Congressional District principal nomination to the Academy from Representative Michael McCaul; furthermore, Isaac’s official acceptance was announced in March. Isaac will be moving to Annapolis, Maryland, at the end of June to begin four years at the Academy.
