Join the THAA Board of Directors

Are you ready to help shape the future of hearing healthcare in Texas? The Texas Hearing Aid Association (THAA) is currently seeking dedicated members to fill two open positions on the THAA Board of Directors.

The Board provides mission-based leadership and strategic governance—setting policies and making critical decisions on behalf of our members. Your voice and involvement truly matter.

🔹 Responsibilities of a Board Director include:

✔️ Maintaining active THAA membership in good standing
✔️ Attending board meetings, leadership meetings, and major events (including the annual conference)
✔️ Representing THAA at public and community functions
✔️ Supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan
✔️ Participating in sponsor relations and stewardship
✔️ Approving the annual budget, policies, and resolutions
✔️ Completing annual board orientation and training
✔️ Remaining in good standing with TDLR (no current or past disciplinary complaints)

📌 Terms
Board Directors serve a two (2) year term and may be eligible for one additional two-year renewal.
