The Texas A&M University branch of the Agronomy Society of America is a student organization that strives to increase and disseminate knowledge about crops and soils as well as plant a spirit of cooperation among students who have an interest in agriculture and service. An important part of our mission is to provide leadership opportunities and training for officers and members. We also value and

participate in meaningful community service activities. We are responsible for cultivating and managing the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Corn Maze each fall. Our members also have a chance to develop personally and professionally in the agricultural field by attending the Students of Agronomy, Soils, and Environmental Sciences (SASES) national meetings and enter contests.
