We are a 501(c)3 farm animal sanctuary located in Bryan Texas. Our main purpose is to provide a safe and loving permanent home for pigs in need of one.

Update on Jenny: Jenny has severe osteoarthritis in every joint in her right front leg from her shoulder down to her hooves. It is especially bad in her elbow. The vet prescribed the anti inflammatory carprofen for 30 days, and hopefully that will help. If not we will have to take her to the Texas A&M vet school for injections. That would be very hard on Jenny, as she did not enjoy her trip today to put it mildly. It was very stressful for her. So hooves crossed the anti inflammatory will help. We want our girl to be pain free! ❤️🐷🥰

We are at the Texas A&M Large Animal Hospital with Miss Jenny, our 14 year old sweet lady. She had started limping earlier to this week, and today she would not put any weight on her front right leg. They have done radiographs and we are waiting on the results. We think it might be arthritis, but we will know more in just a little while. We hope it’s nothing serious. ❤️🐷💐

Tofu is getting his summer hairdo! He has shed most of his hair and just has a little mohawk. We think he still looks very handsome! He is such a good boy!! 🥰🐷❤️

It is getting hot here in Texas! Rascal and Russell have dug out a hole in the dirt to try to keep cool. They also love the mud! These brothers are very bonded and are almost always together. ❤️🐷🥰

Pumpkin is a sweet, snuggly lady. She came to TLPS over 7 years ago after her family moved away and abandoned her and her sister Charlotte (who unfortunately passed away last year). She is about 12 years old and spends much of the day napping. She also loves snacks and belly rubs, in that order. She is a big girl with a big heart! We just love our precious Pumpkin! ❤️🐷🎃

Georgie and Penelope derive considerable pleasure from reclining in their hay within the barn. Penelope, affectionately referred to as Queen P, rarely ventures out of the barn anymore. This mature mare exhibits a strong affinity for her cozy hay. They are a remarkably endearing aged couple, approximately 11 years old.

Jenny and Tofu sleeping in their house. Jenny doesn’t usually let Tofu in there with her! I guess she was feeling nice today, lol. Before anyone feels sorry for Tofu, he has two other houses he can go sleep in. But Jenny usually hogs the big house . They are so cute when Jenny lets Tofu in with her. 😀🐷❤️

Happy gotcha day Obi! He came to TLPS 5 years ago. He is our youngest piggy, but he thinks he is the boss!
