Howdy Incoming Fish,

Attached is the official summer workout schedule for all incoming cadets. This program is designed to introduce you to the calisthenics, conditioning, endurance, and running standards you will be expected to perform throughout training this fall and spring semester.

The purpose of this program is not only to improve physical fitness, but also to begin building the discipline, consistency, and mental toughness required to succeed in the Corps of Cadets. Every workout is meant to prepare you for the challenges ahead and help you arrive more confident and ready to perform from day one.

The Goal:
We strongly encourage every incoming cadet to stay committed to this program throughout the summer. Consistent effort now will help improve your endurance, strengthen your mindset, and prepare you to push yourself alongside your buddies during training.
Success in the Corps begins long before move-in day. Stay disciplined, stay motivated, and continue working to become the best version of yourself this summer.

Howdy Animals!

This past weekend, several of our cadets had the opportunity to give back by painting the “Lake House” shed for Mr. and Mrs. James. It was a great way to show our support for the community while also putting our creativity and teamwork on display. Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. James for allowing us to be a part of this project—we truly appreciate the opportunity!
