Big day for Detachment 805. We were honored to welcome Colonel Gregory Cyrus for a visit, where cadets had the opportunity to ask questions, hear firsthand about his Air Force journey, and gain insight from his current experiences as the Southwest Regional Manager.
The visit concluded with a coining ceremony, recognizing AS200 Cadet Dieterich, AS250 Cadet Confer, AS300 Cadets Jones, and AS400 Cadets Tanella and Breese. This highlights the hard work, dedication, and honor these cadets consistently demonstrate.

Cannon ODT
Over winter break, our cadets got an inside look at the mission behind Cannon Air Force Base. From hands-on experiences and career field exploration to building connections and flying in an MC-130; this was an awesome learning opportunity that was unforgettable for our cadets here.

In December, AFROTC Detachment 805 at Texas A&M University marked a proud milestone as 15 young men and women took their commissioning oath. These cadets officially began their service as officers in the United States Air Force and Space Force, carrying forward a long tradition of leadership and excellence. Congratulations, Lieutenants!
