Brazos County Coalition Against Domestic Violence Since 1994, BCCADV has addressed domestic violence in Brazos County through prevention, advocacy & change.

BCCADV members are representatives from local law enforcement agencies, social services agencies, Texas A&M, Blinn & the community-at-large. Annual fundraisers/events include a domestic violence candlelight vigil held in October - National Domestic Violence Awareness Month; Kickball Tournament; and the Brazos County Coalition Against Domestic Violence/College Station Police Officers' Wives Associa

tion Brisket Sale. Committees include:

Public Outreach - Promotes education and awareness of domestic violence and dating abuse issues in the community. Coordinates the Love is Not Abuse - Healthy and Unhealthy Dating Relationships Education Project and Silent Witness Initiative. Fundraising Committee - Plans and promotes fundraising events for the Coalition such as the annual Kickball Tournament, profit shares, and many other fundraising events.
