Sul Ross Lodge #1300 A.F. & A.M. Freemasonry is a beautiful system of morality, veiled in allegory, and illustrated by symbols.

Sul Ross Lodge, chartered in 1947, is thought to be the first Masonic Lodge to have functioned on the campus of a state college or university in the United States. A unique feature of the new lodge was that among its members were the president of Texas A&M College, all of the deans, and almost all of the department heads. Apologies for not getting this out sooner.
This is a reminder that tonight will be our Stated Meeting for the month of June. Dinner will be at the usual time of 6PM and a program at about 640 by Bro Olivier. Our meeting will begin at 7PM

Brethren,

You are invited to our monthly stated meeting on Monday May 11th. The meeting will begin at 7pm and dinner will be served at 6pm.

This month's program is "Be the Light", presented by visiting Brother Chris Ryland before our meeting. This presentation has been well received from those who have seen it. PM Bobby Roggenbuck will be making the journey with him.

Next week on Wednesday, we will have our Lamar Awards Presentation. Dinner will be at 6pm and the presentations will begin afterward. We do have quite a few students and their families attending so I encourage you to attend.

I wanted to remind everyone of Sul Ross Lodge's Annual Festive Board that will be held April 18th.

We are very excited to announce that this year's speaker will be MW Robert Davis, Past Grand Master of Oklahoma, Grand Cross and Secretary Emeritus of Guthrie Scottish Rite, and author of numerous books and articles on symbolic Masonry. His presentation topic will be "Freemasonry and the Quest for Wisdom".
