The Federation is pleased to share an upcoming learning opportunity being offered by Cheddar Up specifically for Aggie Mom Clubs.

Cheddar Up has created a private learning session designed to help club leaders make the most of the platform. The session will cover helpful tips, popular features, and best practices for managing your club's payments, memberships, fundraisers, and events more efficiently. Following a brief overview, there will be plenty of time for questions and personalized guidance.

REVELxp Texas A&M Game Day Bellhop Position

Position Overview

As a Game Day Bellhop, students will serve as a key point of contact for guests, helping ensure their tailgate experience runs smoothly from arrival through kickoff and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transporting items to and from their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the game day experience
• Refuel generators as needed
• Troubleshoot TVs and basic game day technology
• Answer catering and hospitality-related questions
• Support premium tailgate and hospitality operations
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working outdoors

Schedule

• Part-time, game day position
• Average game day shift: 14 hours
• Optional Friday evening shifts available assisting with linen setup and ice delivery

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Passion for sports and creating memorable fan experiences

Compensation & Perks

• $12/hour + tips

☀️Over the last few days, the Board of Directors for the Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers' Clubs gathered for our Summer Board Retreat, and we are excited about all that lies ahead for the upcoming year! 🌻👍

🚗 Aggie Parents: Don't forget to secure your parking permit!

Parking spots fill quickly, so make sure your student is ready for the upcoming semester. A little planning now can save a lot of stress later. 👍

Does your student still need to purchase their parking permit? 🚗

Your student has until registration closes on July 7th to purchase one, but if they miss the deadline, they can choose one from available lots or be added to the waitlist of the one they prefer.

Important changes to Aggie One Stop ⬇️

Authorized user access to the bill payment site is undergoing updates beginning today, June 1.

Authorized users will transition to the Howdy portal guest login system as part of the updates designed to improve security and streamline the login experience.

Please note:

☑ A temporary outage is expected June 1 during the transition
☑ Some students may need to update authorized user permissions after the update is complete
