Great things are happening at every level of Lions Clubs International—and the Excellence Awards provide an opportunity to recognize the leaders, clubs, and districts making a meaningful difference.

🔵 ZONE & REGION CHAIRPERSON AWARD
Recognizes outstanding Zone and Region Chairpersons who provide leadership and support to clubs, strengthen membership, and promote service throughout their areas.

👁️💙 Children’s Eye Health & Safety Month | August 💛🦁

Every child deserves the opportunity to see clearly, learn confidently, and experience the world around them.

August is Children’s Eye Health & Safety Month, and as Lions, this cause is especially close to our hearts. Vision is one of Lions Clubs International’s Global Causes, and Lions around the world are working to prevent avoidable blindness, improve access to eye care, and help people of all ages see a brighter future.

Parents and caregivers can help protect children’s vision by:

👁️ Scheduling regular eye exams
🕶️ Protecting eyes from harmful UV rays
🥽 Using appropriate protective eyewear during sports and activities
👓 Making sure glasses or contacts are the right fit
📚 Recognizing that healthy vision plays an important role in learning and development

Clear vision today can help create brighter futures tomorrow.
