MsC The Master/slave Conference is an annual educational event on Master/slave relationships which takes place in Washington DC Metro Area since 2004.

MsC is the premier and largest educational event exclusively on M/s relationships in the US and the world. MsC has been canceled for 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. There was a virtual MsC 2021 called MsC WORLDWIDE 2021. MsC in person will resume on Labor Day Weekend 2022, September 1-5, 2022 at the College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. www.masterslaveconference.org

Presenter - Lady Catherine Gross

Lady Catherine (she/her) is a Master Certified Coach (MCC)—the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation and held by approximately 4% of coaches worldwide—and an award-winning educator with more than four decades of teaching experience.

Since beginning her work in 1983, she has taught at more than 650 organizations across the United States and internationally, influencing multiple generations within alternative communities. She is the creator and producer of Servant’s Retreat, the longest-running educational seminar focused exclusively on the personal development of s-types and the internal foundations required for sustainable power-exchange relationships.

She also created Foundations in Mastery, an intensive educational weekend for D-types informed by the lived experience of more than 4,300+ individuals navigating consensual authority structures. Her work integrates emotional intelligence, leadership accountability, and practical relational skill.

She serves on the Executive Board of the Leather Archives & Museum, produces SouthEast LeatherFest (SELF), is a founding member and co-coordinator of F.I.S.T., and co-founded the Women’s Leather History Project.

In private practice, she works with leaders, couples, and professionals within historically underserved communities while mentoring the next generation of credentialed coaches.

Presenter - E. Saint

E.I. Saint (any pronouns are appropriate, no really he/she/this does not care) is not merely a presenter but a cryptid fae relic dragged into the modern age, perhaps unwillingly. Born a thousand years ago (give or take), Saint has wandered through lives, libraries, leather bars, and luxurious lavatories, leaving behind himself a pile of writings, ravings, and broken hearts in equal measure. He has been in the community for 21 years now, teaching for 18 of those years as well.

Saint’s work thrives at the crossroads of the sacred and the profane: contracts and covenants turned into an art form and legends woven into power exchange. Their classes refuse to bow to convention, instead asking participants to wrestle with questions of tradition, identity, and desire while laughing, gasping, or occasionally blushing. They despise anyone who says things must be done one way only and eschews that notion at every turn.

As a writer, Saint has published essays and poetry that blur the line between memoir and invocation, with published collections Mewsings of a Leather Kitty and Eldest Whisper, as well as the forthcoming Eldest Howl. As a teacher, she has been known to conjure history as if he were present, to opine on philosophy in kink spaces, and to teach M/s dynamics with the weight of longing and the sparkle of irreverence.

Saint is a myth in progress: equal parts fae prince of the autumn court, archivist of strange legacies, and unrepentant brat. They teach not because mortals need enlightenment, but because the act of teaching is a welcome relief to their immortal boredom. Enter their classes prepared to be entertained, unsettled, and possibly hexed, but never ignored.

Presenter - CreamDream

CreamDream (he/him/él) has been involved in exchanging power and the alternative lifestyle scene in Atlanta since 2009. A first-generation Mexican American with indigenous roots of Zacateco, CreamDream is an active Leatherman who identifies as a slave. Being present in the community at large and having a background in Sociology creates opportunities to encourage s-type men to be both confident and comfortable in their approach to B**M, power dynamics, and general lifestyle participation. His past service includes MAsT Atlanta Central Secretary and co-director, judge’s assistant for the Mr/Ms Atlanta Eagle contest, co-mentor for the Atlanta Mentors Coalition, and judge for the Master/slave conference and Scissortail Leather Conference.

CreamDream serves the community by advocating for positive BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) spaces, participating on panels, presenting at conferences in Spanish and English, peer-mentoring, and volunteering. He has had the opportunity to use his voice to expand conversations on DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) within the kink and Leather relationship and with the Science of B**M research project on “Challenges at the Intersection of Race and Kink.”

CreamDream also serves as the Mexico region contributor for BLIC (Black Leather In Color) Magazine, co-leads the Black Atlanta Munch, is a Librarian/Curator for the Carter/Johnson Library and Collections Atlanta Annex, assists Black FemDoms-Atlanta, and is a Friend of WiLA. He has lived in an authority-based dynamic with MsDDom since 2010; he is an avid game collector and enjoys the camaraderie of Leather/kinky folks while traveling to other regions of the U.S. and Canada.

Presenter - Brie

Brie Muzzy is a doctoral student in the Social/Industrial-Organizational program at Northern Illinois University. Her primary research interests focus on different relationship dynamics within the B**M/kink community and adult attachment styles. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

slave tom has been in the Leather Community since 2018. he has attended multiple Master/slave events including MsC and MsG. he has also attended the Service Retreat 1 and MTTA Academy for slaves to grow his craft as a slave. slave tom was collared for 6 years and is currently in service to a Master. slave to is happy to be in service to the M/s community as a MTTA Board Member.

master Slave Jenna has been volunteering in the kink/leather community since 2005, giving her time to a variety of different organizations around the region. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Playhouse and of MTTA, and is the Executive Producer for MsC. Presenter - miss wendy

miss wendy has been actively involved in the community since 2012. She has served Master James as his slave since 2013. She is co-director of MAsT Laurel and an active member of MAsT Baltimore and MAsT DC Pan. She is a graduate of MTTA and is now honored to serve on staff. She proudly served as Northeast slave 2018. She received the slave heart award in 2023 and the slave affirmation in 2024. She has spoken at The Master/slaveConference, The Master/slave Gathering, South West Leather Conference, TESS Fest, in addition to speaking at numerous MAsT groups both in-person and via zoom. In her vanilla life, she has a love/hate relationship with home improvement projects, often contemplates if one can ever have too many power tools or shoes, feels that coffee is her love language, and in her spare time enjoys … haha, she has no spare time.

Presenter - Master James

Master James and Miss Wendy have presented on Master/slave relationships at MAsT groups and conferences across the United States and Canada, and education groups such as Black Rose and BESS. Master James has been active in the Washington DC area since the mid-1990’s, exploring B**M and authority exchange. Miss Wendy has been actively involved in the community since 2012. She is co-director of MAsT Laurel Women, He is an active member of MAsT Washington, and they are each members of MAsT Baltimore and MAsT DC Pan. Both are graduates of MTTA, where Miss Wendy is now on Staff. Master James and Miss Wendy served as the Northeast Master and slave in 2018. They received The Master Heart and slave Heart Awards in 2023. They are passionate about M/s education and sharing their view that the Master/slave relationship can offer a loving, supportive, dynamic experience accessible to anyone.

Presenter - Slave Coco Amor

Coco has been in service to Master Dante Amor since July of 2020 and is very grateful to be his slaveling (slave in development). Surrender is very spiritual for her, and Sir is the only person who has ever inspired this in her. Her slave sisters, Gaia and Sarah Amor, are pillars in her slave development and for them, she is very grateful. She currently serves the community as operations staff for MAsT: Metro New York, and as the Accessibility Lead and Incident Response Team Coordinator for MsC Worldwide, which are extensions of her professional and educational backgrounds in Deaf Studies and crisis response. She places a very high value on tailoring educational experiences to meet the individual needs of learners. A class with Coco guarantees three things: laughter, vulnerability and connection.

Presenter - Slave Sarah Amor

Sarah truly believes her slave heart is an orientation, not a preference. A service-oriented slave, she craves structure and protocol like water and oxygen. Kinky since birth, active in the public community since 2014, in service to Master Dante since 2018, and a transplant to New York by way of the Deep South. Operations staff for both MAsT: Metro NY, The Poly Exchange, and a proud member of House Amor, her chosen family and life partners. She holds two Master’s degrees in psychology and works at two q***r affirming therapy practices in NYC which center access to anti-oppressive therapy for diverse clients. Her personal specialization is providing support and care to Kink, M/s, and Polyamorous identified individuals and couples.
