MsC The Master/slave Conference is an annual educational event on Master/slave relationships which takes place in Washington DC Metro Area since 2004.

MsC is the premier and largest educational event exclusively on M/s relationships in the US and the world. MsC has been canceled for 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. There was a virtual MsC 2021 called MsC WORLDWIDE 2021. Wired for Service: Emerging Tech in Our M/s World

Working with AI can feel a lot like training a brilliant but very literal junior servant. Especially when these tools begin to touch our relationships, they require intentionality, integrity, and skill. In many ways, these are the same capacities that underpin strong dynamics in authority exchange relationships.

This intensive offers a grounded, practical look at AI and other emerging technologies, starting with what they are, what they do well vs. where they fall short (without any hype), and how they are already shaping the world around us. We’ll explore how these tools can support service, structure, communication, skill-building, and even the ahem spicier aspects of our dynamics, without replacing human judgment or watering down interpersonal connection. We will also engage with important concerns and critiques of these technologies.

Parts of this session will be hands-on. Bring a laptop or tablet, and you will be invited to experiment directly with guided prompts and your own real-world scenarios. Open to all experience levels, from AI-skeptical to AI-enabled, this session explores how these tools might fit into your life and your dynamic. No technical background required.

When we talk about a dynamic’s resilience, we often think of how a dynamic responds to external pressures such as work, community or family. But what if it the challenge occurs within a dynamic? How do we navigate internal mistakes, hurt, and harm? How can we move past what has occurred while maintaining our trust and connection? This intensive will explore approaches for cultivating dynamic resilience and ability to work through these challenges. In Part 1 we will explore personal accountability within a dynamic and the work involved, and in Part 2 we will explore apologies forgiveness and self forgiveness. Drawing on over 30 years in our dynamic, we will provide practical strategies to understand and foster your dynamic’s internal resilience.

THE SERVANT MASTER: From Control to Compassion

The archetype of the Servant Master is found in every major spiritual tradition, from the shamanic Native American medicine man who acts as the conduit between the tribe and the spirits of its ancestors, to Buddhist bodhisattvas who postpone their entrance into Nirvana in order to facilitate the enlightenment of others, to Jesus’ Last Supper revelation that, “Whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave to all.” This profound and paradoxical teaching provokes a challenging question to those who claim the dominant role in a D/s relationship: “How am I called to be of service to those who serve me?” Join Master Skip as he shares his insights into what it means to be a Servant Master and the alchemy that transforms dominance and submission into devotion and surrender.

(This presentation, which is appropriate for both Dominants and submissives, will conclude with the audience participating in a moving, sacred ritual. A short break will be taken prior to the ritual to allow those who do not wish to participate to take their leave. Once the door to the meeting room has been closed, no one will be permitted to enter until the ritual has concluded.)

In this session, we will explore how communities can navigate conflict in ways that foster growth, learning, and healing. In environments that challenge norms and celebrate diversity, we hold a unique opportunity—and responsibility—to engage with issues constructively. Rather than relying on approaches that distance or divide, we can choose methods that draw people closer, strengthen relationships, and honor each person’s path.
Grounded in the framework of calling in, calling on, and calling out—shaped by the work of activist and educator Loretta J. Ross—this presentation will examine how we can pursue meaningful change without the divisiveness often associated with cancel culture. Attendees will gain insight into practical strategies for addressing harm, encouraging accountability, and cultivating communities where people can grow together in an interactive format including discussions and practical scenarios.

M/s and Trauma/PTSD Intensive

We are all born into nonconsensual power dynamics, and if those left scars on us, we can react badly when chosen power dynamics remind us of those past traumas. We all come to the table with a life history of many experiences, and if some of those were horrific, it's going to come up when we enter into these very intimate and sometimes triggering dynamics. This intensive discusses what to do when one or both partners in a power dynamic relationship have a history of PTSD or C-PTSD. We'll discuss how PTSD works, the many ways it can surface in a power dynamic on either side of the slash, and what can be done to create a supportive space for all involved.

Because of the intimate nature of these issues, we are limiting this intensive to 12 couples (or triples). Confidentiality is required regarding all personal information that comes up. Discussing the details of your personal life history is not required - all sharing is optional - but be warned that triggering information may come up in this class, and be prepared to handle your own self-care if necessary.

Presenter - Sir Bradford

Sir Bradford is a q***r transman of color. He is the Owner and husband of Pixie Cat, residing in Maryland. Sir Bradford is the Head of House of Kreatures and spends his time reading, hiking, working on computers, and adventuring out into new things at home, at work, and in his kinky life. He and his girl have pledged to help the community and specifically, in making a safe space for everyone who needs one through Their House of Kreatures. Their goal is to allow the growing generation a safe-haven to find out who they are and what path is meant for them, while having a family. Usually, he’s rocking his Batman and Joker, sometimes out in the wild causing mischief. Sir Bradford held the title of Mr. SouthEast LeatherFest 2018. He can be found making bad dad jokes at events while volunteering and keeping everyone laughing. A member of Ho**er & Boys Ministries, Sir Bradford continues to serve the community through various service projects and events. Presenter - Brad Sagarin

Dr. Brad Sagarin is a professor of social psychology at Northern Illinois University and the head of the Science of B**M Research Team. Brad's current research focuses on consensual B**M, social influence, and statistics. Brad has been published in a variety of scholarly journals, has given radio, television, and podcast interviews, has consulted for radio and television programs, and has delivered invited lectures to academic and non-academic organizations. His research has been cited in newspapers and magazines, including The Economist and New Scientist. He holds Doctorate and Master's degrees in Social Psychology from Arizona State University, and a Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Presenter - Master Robert

Master Robert is a long standing leader, educator, and community builder with more than three decades of experience in consensual power exchange dynamics and Leather/B**M culture. A MAsT member and MTTA alumnus, he serves as the Master and Dominant of a long established Leather/B**M/Poly family, guiding a household with 3 slaves who have been with him for 20, 18, and 2 years of dedicated service history. His work extends beyond his own family, as he actively trains and mentors Dominants, submissives, and service oriented individuals seeking structured, ethical development within the lifestyle.
A respected national presenter and educator, Master Robert is known for his clear, grounded teaching style and his commitment to strengthening community standards of safety, consent, and personal growth. He has served as a conference contestant wrangler for Master/slave competitions and was invited to judge a Master/slave contest, reflecting his reputation for fairness, integrity, and deep cultural knowledge.
His leadership also includes founding a Leather group, hosting community events and B**M parties, and fabricating dungeon equipment with an emphasis on safety, craftsmanship, and accessibility. His home—known affectionately as The Keep—functions as a physical and metaphorical safe space for individuals in the lifestyle who need support, guidance, or refuge.
Beyond the Leather and B**M communities, Master Robert is an active volunteer and advocate for su***de prevention and awareness, domestic violence support, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and Total Human Acceptance. He has contributed to fundraising and awareness efforts for Toys for Tots, Walk A Mile in Their Shoes, Out of Darkness (su***de prevention), and the New Directions Center for survivors of domestic violence.
His family members are also deeply engaged in service and advocacy. His slave Megan, Ms. Virginia Leather 2024 and refounder of the Hearts of Leather Foundation, is a MAsT and MTTA alumna, founder of Girls of Leather, a member of the MsC Board of Directors, and Librarian for the Carter Johnson Leather Library Annex. His slave JJ is a committed advocate for trauma informed education, special needs support, child welfare reform and domestic violence policy reform, working directly with communities, state agencies, and legislators to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and survivors.
Together, Master Robert and his family embody a model of leadership rooted in service, education, compassion, and community responsibility.

Presenter - Master SirTee

Master SirTee a Butch BIPOC Leather person (He/She) and is honoured to hold the title of 2025 International Master. In addition to being the first Canadian International M/s titleholder, He is also the first to hold the title from outside of the US. He is the director of MAsT Greater Vancouver and the MAsT International Representative for Canada. Master SirTee lives in a long term (over 30 years) 24/7, CNC M/s dynamic with His slave little kitsune.

Having developed their dynamic independent of community, resources and support, Master SirTee has a deep appreciation for education and community building. He supports both by presenting locally and internationally, - across Canada and the US (e.g. MsC, KinkFest, Leather Reign, Service Oriented Conference, Wicked in the West, and Pandemonium in the Prairies).

Active in the community, He also leads annual community fundraisers, hosts education intensives, volunteers, and produced the Pacific Rim Power Exchange Virtual Conference in 2020 and 2021. He also served as head judge for the 2019 Western Canada Power Exchange (WCPE) title competition and as the 2026 Northwest M/s and PoL judge and the 2025 Southwest Person of Leather contest at High Elevation Colorado Kink (HECK).

MsDDom (She/Her) is active in the Atlanta community and lives in a M/s dynamic with her slave, CreamDream. She is an MTTA Master Academy alumna who holds membership in MAsT chapters, leads Black FemDoms-Atlanta, co-leads Black Atlanta Munch, is a founding member and Road Captain of Women in Leather Atlanta, and is the current Editor-In-Chief for Black Leather In Color (NextGen) Magazine. Her service to the community varies, including serving as an advisor for the Leather Solidarity Collective, a servant for Evergreen Leather Events, a fundraising coordinator with her slave CreamDream for MsC Worldwide, and a Southeast advisor for Women of Drummer. Recipient of several community awards, including the DomCon New Orleans 2025 Lady Remedy Ann Fe**sh Educator Award, the Washington State Leather Organization Leather Emerald Award 2025, and the MTTA’s Lady Lynette Leadership Award 2022, MsDDom continues her labor of love to the community as a presenter, peer mentor, and volunteer. MsDDom and CreamDream are librarians for the Carter/Johnson Leather Library & Collection Atlanta Annex, and frequently travel to visit friends and family across the U.S. and Canada.
