The Color It Real 2 Program goal is to improve the HIV/AIDS health outcomes for 360 high-risk African American males and females, ages 13-19, in the Atlanta Metro Area by providing HIV education, testing, counseling and linkages for care, peer to peer educators, outreach services and the utilization of social media and technology over a three year period
