Student Dental Advisory Board (SDAB) We are additionally the UMD chapter for the DC Students United for America's Toothfairy.

The Student Dental Advisory Board is an organization devoted to spreading awareness and dental education to the local communities in order to promote proper dental hygiene and oral care. When it was first founded, SDAB worked with students, faculty and staff of the University of Maryland, College Park about quality care available to them directly on campus in the Health Center. However, the dental

clinic has been disbanded since and the main focus has shifted to dental service and the education of elementary and middle school children. It is a great organization for Pre-Dental students or those who have a passion for oral care. President: Afroditi Katsigiannakis

This is a wonderful opportunity to ask any questions you have about dentistry or anything in general. This event will also be co-hosted with Miles for Smiles UMD and UMD Pre Dental Society, so you also have the opportunity to meet other pre-dental student from UMD.

Welcome back to school pre-dents! 🦷🪥😁 We have exciting plans planned for the semester! Here is our tentative schedule, but be sure to follow us on our social media in case of any changes.

Our first general meeting will be a panel with MSDA new dentist committee on Wednesday, February 3rd at 7 PM!
