I feel like I need to review my text messages from the last 90 days, because I "unplug" a lot from the noise of the phone and the day. I noticed this morning that I've missed a few text messages and admittedly I may miss a few more over the next 10 days. If you need me, I will be time-blocking. Free to pick a time that works for you to connect.
It's okay to unplug from the noise sometimes. I put on my imaginary headphones to hear the voice of God (my Shie-Nie-Nie) and to help me keep working undistracted.
