Good Morning Crenshaw Park,
As you prepare to celebrate the 4th of July Weekend, we want to share some safety tips and reminders. Remember that we live in a Homeowners Association (HOA) Community. HOA helps keep shared spaces neat so you can enjoy a well-maintained neighborhood at all times. And there’s something to be said for coming home to a beautiful community every day—it just makes you feel good. Crenshaw Park Community HOA offers great amenities, such as the swimming pool, playground, and pavilion area. It is well worth the cost of our HOA fees to have so much maintenance done for you or to have fun features to enjoy so close to homes. We need your help protecting our investment. As a homeowner, you are obligated to keep your property, as well as the common areas, clean and safe.
The fireworks show will begin Tuesday, July 4th, at 9 PM at the pavilion parking lot. (limited parking).
The community pool will be open at regular posted hours; however, due to the holiday being on Tuesday, the pool will be open on Monday 2 PM- 8 PM and Tuesday 12 PM-8 PM. A pool monitor will be present to check in homeowners. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please ensure your account and information is current. Property managers, ensure you have provided an updated lease with contact information. Failure to have updated information will prevent your residents from accessing the pool and other amenities.) Remember, this is a FAMILY environment. We want the pool and pavilion area to be a fun and safe place in the community to relax.
The community grills will be available for use to homeowners on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to clean the grills and dispose of your trash.
REMINDERS:
DO NOT BLOCK YOUR NEIGHBORS' DRIVEWAY OR PARK ON THE GRASS.
Georgia Law stipulates that consumer fireworks are legal until 11:59 PM.
The noise and lights of fireworks can often have a frightening effect on some children and animals, so your neighbors should have some warning so they can prepare.
Veterans and those with PTSD may have adverse reactions to the noise and lights of fireworks.
Clean up any mess and debris your fireworks produce, particularly residue that lands on someone else’s property.
Water down spent fireworks before disposing them in a metal trash container stored outdoors.
Never shoot your fireworks on someone else’s property without their express permission
BE SAFE AND ENJOY!
