Whitman Hospital Foundation

Whitman Hospital Foundation The Foundation was formed in 1989 to solicit and administer gifts in support of our hospital.

Whitman Hospital Foundation was formed in 1989 with the help of local community and business members to provide a financial safety net for Whitman Hospital and Medical Center. The endowment fund is a “savings account” that can produce unrestricted income to help ensure that Whitman Community Hospital will continue to meet the health care needs of our area. Health Care is one of the most important

assets that our community has to offer its residents. The economic uncertainty, increasing government involvement and insurance payment fees make maintaining a small rural hospital even more challenging than ever. Together we can guarantee that Whitman Community Hospital will continue to be here for all of us.

The heart of a memorable evening like this is the people who make it possible—and our volunteers truly made it shine.

On behalf of the Whitman Hospital Foundation, thank you to each and every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and enthusiasm to support our Dinner & Auction. From planning and setup to welcoming guests and keeping the evening running smoothly, your dedication brought our “Run for the Roses” event to life in the most meaningful way.

Because of you, our community was able to gather, celebrate, and make a lasting impact on the future of local healthcare. Your generosity and commitment do not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for all that you do.

With sincere appreciation,
Whitman Hospital Foundation

We galloped through the night as we “Ran for the Roses,” celebrating with energy, excitement, and purpose at the Hill Ray Plaza in Colfax. The dedicated auction committee of the Whitman Hospital Foundation spent the year crafting a theme that was both inspiring and unforgettable, adding an extra touch of magic to the evening. With red roses in bloom, lively games, and the thrill of racing to the finish line, the night captured the spirit of community coming together in support of a meaningful cause. To top it all off, Nectar Catering once again impressed us with a stunning array of expertly crafted dishes.
