Congrats to Jude Bertrand for completing his Eagle Scout project today! He built a handicap accessible flower bed for Sampson Elementary. An existing flower bed had to be removed and leveled so the handicap accessible bed could be placed in that location. Job well done, Jude! Thanks to all the scouts that came out to help him!

From our Adventurous Scoutmaster:

Scoutmaster Jeff and Troop 901 Eagle Scout Roshan at Camp Strake. I was helping train the climbing staff how to do the setups they need. Roshan was there as an employee (summer job) at NASA (aerospace engineering student) and he volunteered to help the Space Odyssey camp that Strake runs jointly with NASA. The NASA guys were at Strake for orientation and training for how that program will proceed during the Strake portion of the week. 🛰️🧗‍♂️

This morning most of the Screaming Eagle Patrol 🦅 became certified in First Aid ⛑️ at the Council office. The Scouts took the blended learning class, putting their knowledge into practice. A huge THANK YOU to the Council training team!

Another successful Eagle Project completed! Our Scout Sutish decided to help install more solar lights at Gushala Farms. With extra help from the farms bulls, the Scouts had the lights installed before the rains came.
