It is a mix of aerobics and all over toning for all fitness levels as I show modifications for high and low intensities. PraiseFIT: where worship and total fitness - soul, body, and spirit go hand in hand! Some artists we will dance to include: TobyMac, Beckah Shae, Lecrae, Group 1 Crew, Press Play, Royal Tailor, Rapture Ruckus, LZ7 and many more! You will burn a ton of calories (roughly 500-650/h

our), and will be having so much fun, you won't even realize that it's exercise!!! My hope and vision for PraiseFIT classes is that we will become a family of Sisters in Christ who love one another, and will become a safe place to share our struggles, find encouragement and build one another up in the Lord. I became a PraiseFIT Instructor because I have loved to dance since I can remember, and also because I wanted the ability to reach women and share with them how God has completely restored me from years of suffering from eating disorders and a negative body image, and help them to see how beautiful, infinitely valuable, and treasured they are by God. To show them that they do not have to chase the impossible and corrupted standard this world has set upon us as women, and that they can love themselves and their bodies, right where they are at. What we think we see as imperfections, short-comings, and flaws are truly blessings in disguise, placed purposely for God's grace, strength, and glory to shine through you. YOU are the all en-composing definition of beauty; fearfully and wonderfully made; knit together by the Creator of the universe and all that is within it. You are unlike anyone who has or will ever be. No one, EVER, will have the amazing privilege of being you. So embrace it! Allow God to wipe away the lies of this world, and allow His truth to settle in. YOU are infinitely valuable to Him. If you weren't, He would not have sent His Son, Jesus, to die for you.
