As of May 1, we are are sold out but are waiting on confirmation from some food truck vendors.
If they do not come through, we will be opening 5 more outdoor spots.

We would be open for another food truck or two (not beverage or sweets vendors)

Thanks to everyone that got their applications submitted today.
Indoor spots are almost sold out.
Email notifications should go out in the next 24 to 48 hours letting you know if you have been accepted, denied (usually only due to duplicate vendors) or waitlisted.
Invoices will come shortly after that via separate email from our Square account. Please be aware of Scams - you should not receive a request for payment any other way.
If you know of vendors that are interested, please encourage them to submit their application ASAP. The application form is linked from this page and our Instagram page.

**APPLICATIONS WILL GO LIVE SUNDAY APRIL 12TH AT 10 A.M.**

The 2026 Green Bluff Grange #300 Harvest Festival Craft Faire will coincide with the Green Bluff Harvest Festival.

EVENT DATES/TIMES:
Friday 10/16/2026 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday 10/17/2026 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday 10/18/2026 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

BOOTH OPTIONS:
Indoor booths (8 feet wide x 8 feet deep) are $100 for the 3 days
Outdoor booths (10 feet wide by 10 feet deep) are $100 for the 3 days

VENDOR CRITERIA:
This craft faire will be exclusive to handmade products. No direct sales or multi-level marketing, mass produced items, religious or political vendors will be permitted.

We will limit the number of vendors selling duplicate/similar items. Approval for duplicate items will be on a first come/first served basis (via application date/time)

Food trucks/beverage carts will be approved on a case-by-case basis and subject to available space.
