And just a reminder — we're ONE WEEK away from our September distribution! 💚

Good afternoon community and registered clients,

Happy September!

Our next distribution date is Monday, September 14th, 10am-1pm... *please note the time change*.

Text and phone calls to sign up for September's distribution have gone out to our registered clients, so please keep an eye out.
The number is 724-470-8935 that this text or call will come from.
You will be asked to confirm if you will be attending on September 14th.

Monthly sign-ups help our Pantry Coordinator order enough food for those who will be attending that month's distribution and so we do not have excess perishables that we will expire before the next month, reducing waste.

If you find that you confirmed attendance, but cannot attend, please let us know beforehand as soon as possible, by calling or texting the above number. We understand that things come up.
If other arrangements can be made, we will try to accommodate you.

If you are a registered client and did not get the call or text, please let us know before Wednesday (the 2nd) no later than 5pm. You may call the pantry phone above or reach us at the Pantry's email: [email protected]

If you would like to register with the pantry, please call the Pantry's phone number listed above, leave your name and contact information and your call will be returned.

Our mission doesn't happen on its own.

Every month, we work behind the scenes to prepare for distribution day—ordering food, planning, organizing, and making sure we're ready to serve our neighbors.

And all of that takes resources.

Your financial support helps make our next distribution possible.

Every dollar donated to From The Heart helps us purchase food and continue providing assistance to local households.

And because of our partnership with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, your donation can go even further. Every $1 can provide up to 3 meals worth of food!

The weekend is here!

Whatever you've got planned, we hope you find a little time to enjoy it.

Maybe you're heading somewhere.
Maybe you're getting things done around the house.
Maybe you're spending time with family and friends.
Maybe you're doing absolutely nothing—and that's okay too. 😂

Take a little time to slow down, enjoy the sunshine (or the rain—we know how that's been going lately! 😆), eat something good, laugh a little, and make some memories.

However your weekend looks, we hope it's a good one.
