Since the predecessor of the Cokato Chamber of Commerce started the event in 1950, the Cokato Corn Carnival has dished out family fun, nostalgia, and FREE buttery sweet corn. From Monday-Wednesday in early August, Peterson Park, located in the heart of downtown Cokato, is a buzz with festivities including a parade, coronation, games, bingo, Midway rides, drawings, live music, and other exciting en

tertainment. A volunteer run event, the Cokato Corn Carnival is typically scheduled on the second Tuesday of August. See cokatocorncarnival.com for more details about the carnival.
