Our mascot, JB, is back! Fun times at the Sunrise Rotary Club’s .5k (that’s 0.5 k with a donut and water stop at the halfway point)! JB got 4th place… which is pretty good for a gorilla!

What a GREAT day for a walk in the park this morning to help in fundraising for the Sunrise Rotary Club of Coeur d'Alene! Our friend, and mascot, JB the Gorilla came out of hibernation for this one and it looks as though there were no muscle pulls or anything! At the half way part, the participants loaded up with some much needed water and donuts! Great job by the Sunrise club for another outstanding POINT 5K!

Guess what? JB the Gorilla has made a showing at the .5 K run/walk this morning! Just finished in fourth place! Way to go JB!

This is coming up this Saturday! **Note: This is NOT a 5K! It's a POINT Five K so there is no excuse! The weather is going to be perfect for a walk around the park. ;)

A Roast in the park for our new District Governor, Steve Roberge! Steve couldn’t make it so he sent his Rotary police officer friend! 😉😂

Yesterday, our Rotary Club volunteered to serve drinks at North Idaho State Fair! The Demolition Derby was the star attraction so there was a great turnout!

In exchange for volunteering, our club gets to keep the tips from this afternoon to use in our community service projects! A win-win for all!
