Breast MRI screening is an important supplemental imaging tool that may help provide additional visibility for women with:

Cody Regional Health is excited to invite our community to a special Open House & Hands-On Demonstration event celebrating the arrival of our new da Vinci robotic surgical system — officially named 💙 SALUS 💙

The name Salus was selected through a fun community naming contest with schools across the Big Horn Basin, and we are excited to celebrate this next chapter in advanced healthcare together!

After receiving so many creative and thoughtful name submissions from schools across the Big Horn Basin, we are excited to officially introduce the name of Cody Regional Health’s new da Vinci robotic surgical system…

💙 SALUS 💙

A special congratulations to Keri Sommer, K–5 Computer Science Teacher at Livingston Elementary, for submitting the winning name with her students! 🎉

The name *Salus* comes from Roman mythology and represents safety, health, and well-being — making it the perfect name for the advanced technology that helps support surgical care at Cody Regional Health for years to come. Salus was known as the protector of health and well-being.

We also want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to all of the students, teachers, and schools throughout the Big Horn Basin region that participated in this fun community naming event. We loved seeing the creativity and excitement from students across our communities! ❤️
