When a felony domestic violence suspect fled on foot from BCSO deputies, Cocoa PD K9 Kyra went to work.

Kyra picked up the suspect’s track and followed it straight to the house where he was hiding—but she didn’t stop there. Her nose led her right to the outside window of the exact room where the suspect was hiding. 🎯🐾

The suspect was taken into custody, and once again, Kyra proved just how valuable our K9 teams are in keeping our community safe.

Outstanding work, K9 Kyra! Good girl! 💙🐾
