Our Story:

Braveheart Properties is Brevard County’s first tiny home community located just off I95 in Cocoa Florida. Braveheart Properties of Brevard was born out of a broken heart. A heart that saw the need for greater love and care of people and the housing needs they face, needs that could be met if only we all tried. Our heart broke seeing the many families of Brevard County who do not have

homes because rents are too high and deposits and qualifications for those rentals are too challenging to meet and because there are no opportunities for housing that is small, affordable, beautiful, and safe. Over time a passion for tiny houses and the simple, prioritized life they require grew within us. This passion has compelled us to put everything we have worked all our lives to achieve on the line in order to provide a development that can and will meet the desires of our broken hearts, a desire to provide a community of affordable, beautiful, and safe homes. Peacewind is the first of its kind and we are in hopes of creating and achieving our desire to help meet the needs of those within Brevard County with this awesome community. Sincerely,

Our Story: Braveheart Properties of Brevard was born out of a broken heart. Peace Wind is the first of three phases we have begun in hopes of creating and achieving our desire to help meet the needs of those within Brevard County.
