When someone sees you picking up litter and asks you what you are doing, you tell them you are "binafitting". Every community benefits when you BINAFIT. Let's go binafit = let's go pick up litter and add some fitness at the same time. If you see litter on t
he ground, that is an area of opportunity to BINAFIT. Each time you pick up litter, no matter where it is, you are doing one squat per piece of litter you remove. Imagine doing this all of the time. You will be removing a ton of litter and a ton of unwanted calories. There are no appointments necessary. You can do this in any public place anytime. The more you BINAFIT, the more the environment and the animals that live in it benefit. Please be creative with your fitness as you are binafitting. Then share with us your photos and videos of you, friends, family, or even strangers binafitting. Make a day of it. Go on a road trip to BINAFIT. You will enjoy binafitting, and the community you visit will enjoy your BINAFIT efforts as well. We will be organizing BINAFIT opportunities in different areas.
