Congratulations to our 7th & 8th Grade Baron Brigade Concert Band! 🎶

They represented our school with pride at the Wild Adventures Classic Music Festival, earning Straight Superior ratings—an outstanding accomplishment! The judges provided great feedback, recognizing the students’ hard work, focus, and dedication.

We are incredibly proud of their performance and their commitment to going above and beyond! After the performance, students enjoyed the rest of the day at Wild Adventures, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Be sure to join us for our final Spring Concert on May 4 at 7:00 PM in the BCMS Gym—we’d love to see you there!

In case you missed our posts on the band app, we will have our marching band parent meeting Tuesday night, 3/31, at 6:30 PM in the BCHS auditorium!
This is for all marching band students who intend to march next school year!

Congratulations to these awesome 6th graders who were selected to perform in the GMEA District XI First Year Honor Band!

They did an awesome job learning new music in less than 6 hours and putting on a concert!

Congratulations to our High School Concert Band students!

They did an outstanding job today at the GMEA District XI Performance Assessment and received wonderful comments and valuable feedback from the judges.

Our band performed with confidence under pressure, earning an Excellent rating on stage and a Superior rating in Sight-Reading!

These students have grown tremendously throughout this semester while preparing for this event, and we are incredibly proud of how they performed and represented our school today.

Congratulations to our 7th & 8th Grade Concert Band students!

They did an outstanding job today at the GMEA District XI Performance Assessment. Our band received wonderful comments and helpful feedback from the judges.

For our stage performance, we received comments only (no rating), but I’m incredibly proud to share that the band earned a Superior rating in sight-reading! These students absolutely nailed it, performing with great musicality on a piece they had never seen before.

I’m so proud of their hard work, focus, and dedication. Way to represent our band program so well!

Congratulations to these students who represented Bleckley County in the GMEA District XI Honor Band. They put in hard work for auditions in December
and finally had the chance to join hundreds of other wonderful student musicians for an amazing performance!
