Coburg Quilt Show Outdoor Quilt Show July 20th and 21st 2018 showing love of quilting at ALL levels, to encourage begin

The Annual Coburg Quilt Show is held on the last Saturday in July (this year - 2016 - it falls on July 30th). The mission of the quilt show is to showcase our love of quilts - regardless of the skill level - ALL quilts are welcome to be shown (no "judging" here . . . the top 13 "Viewer's Choice" winners make it into our Annual Calendar).

We had an amazing time hosting the Coburg Quilt Show! Loved working with all the vendors and sponsors that supported the event and had lots of positive feedback for the show this year! We really appreciated having the event at the Coburg Charter School it allowed for an amazing space have over 120 quilts on display and offer 16 classes through the weekend.

Thank you to everyone that supported and volunteered your time. I want to give a special thank you to Sara Shire from Sew Steady who organized this event to the last detail to ensure it went off without a hitch. As well as our 5 instructors from Sew Steady who flew in from states away to be part of this event. They were a huge part with their amazing class offerings and especially there support all weekend! Finally to all the staff at Sew Steady and especially Sara, Jerry, Mendy, Amelia and Lorie who were there from beginning to end!

That’s a wrap for 2018! Stay tuned for the grand prize raffle winners! The peoples choice quilt awards and category winners!

Ok we are excited for another great day at the Coburg Quilt Show! First 100 people though the door again today get a gift!

The amazing weather has made this a wonderful event for us. We heard nothing be happy feedback from quilters yesterday! We know you will enjoy the FREE event. Don’t forget to bring your donation for the Food Bank & Bags of love and get a raffle ticket! See you at 10am.

Join us at the Coburg Quilt Show to learn more about another amazing Quilting for a Cause opportunity. Join Bags of Love at the Coburg Quilt Show both Friday and Saturday 12pm- 1pm for their free information session.

Bags of Love is one of our causes for this event. We are accepting donations each person that donates one of the items on there donation list will get a bonus raffle ticket. Click the link below to learn more : http://coburgquiltshow.org/bags-of-love/

The sole purpose of Bags of Love is to provide necessities and comfort items to children who are in crisis due to neglect, abuse, poverty or homelessness.

Through our unique distribution model, we address the immediate needs of these children and help support the community agencies caring for them.
