Reposted on behalf of Public Safety Cadets

Cobb Fire Cadets are praying for Kadyn and her family. Please donate if you can.

🖤 On behalf of the entire Public Safety Cadets program, we’re heartbroken to share that on July 12th, while traveling to the 2025 PSC Summer Showdown, Cobb Police Youth Cadet Lt. Kadyn Allen received the devastating news that her mother had passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.

In the face of this unimaginable loss, Kadyn showed incredible strength and resilience — not only continuing to participate in the competition but helping her unit earn 2nd place in the Burglary in Progress event.

Kadyn is now stepping up to help her grandmother with household expenses, all while finishing high school and staying focused on her goal of attending college.

Kadyn, please know our thoughts and prayers are with you. You have the support of your entire PSC family behind you.

If you’d like to help support Kadyn and her family during this time, a GoFundMe link is included below. Any support is truly appreciated. 💙
