What a night to remember!

Last night, our Chester County Futures community came together to celebrate 30 years of empowering students, opening doors, and building brighter futures. From inspiring stories and meaningful connections to honoring the people and organizations who have helped shape our journey, our 30th Anniversary Celebration was a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when a community comes together.

We are incredibly grateful to our sponsors, supporters, partners, and friends who made this milestone celebration possible. A special thank you to our incredible emcee Davidson for helping make the evening so memorable!

Congratulations to our 30th Anniversary Award honorees:

We’re excited to welcome David to the Chester County Futures team as our High School Program Coordinator for the Coatesville, Kennett, Oxford, and Octorara cohorts! His experience, passion for learning, and commitment to helping others grow will make a meaningful impact on our students and community!

With 20 years of experience as an operations executive in the finance industry, David brings a unique blend of financial acumen, coaching ability and education to his role at Chester County Futures. David has a passion for helping people learn and understand how the world really works, how to prepare for it from understanding finance to navigating complex life transitions. He helps people stretch the limits of their ability and understand not just "what" to do but "how" to actually do it. One of the true joys in his life is seeing someone at any age have a lightbulb moment!

We’re excited to welcome Jordan Anderson to the Chester County Futures team as our Middle School Program Coordinator for our Pottstown cohort and High School Program Coordinator for our Phoenixville cohort! With a background in social work, behavioral health, and law enforcement, Jordan brings a unique combination of advocacy, empathy, problem-solving, and relationship-building to her work with students and families.

Jordan recently earned a Master of Social Work from Millersville University and is passionate about helping students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and explore their potential. She believes people are more likely to grow when they know someone genuinely believes in them and looks forward to creating welcoming spaces where students feel supported, heard, and empowered to pursue their goals and prepare for their futures.

In her own words, “What I enjoy most about this work is helping others recognize their strengths and potential. I believe every student has something unique to offer, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new opportunities, and building confidence in themselves.”
