👶 Get a crib that meets all safety standards. New cribs automatically do this, but if you’re looking at new cribs, check them carefully to make sure they meet the same standards and haven’t been recalled.
💤 Make sure the crib’s mattress fits snugly in the crib and that it is firm -firmer than you might think is comfortable. Babies need a firm and flat surface for sleeping so they stay safe.
🚫 You do not need to put anything else in the crib besides the mattress, a waterproof mattress cover, and a tightly fitted sheet. Anything else in the crib with your baby could cause them to suffocate.

Lots of tracks here in Chester County...talk with your kids and teens about the dangers of walking on tracks. It's never a safe option!

Thank you crossing guards! Folks, let's make their jobs easy...slow down in school zones---always stop for students crossing the street, once they are in the crosswalk, they have the right of way.
