📢 Special Meeting Tomorrow

The Coal Grove Betterment Club will be holding a Special Meeting in conjunction with our regular monthly meeting on Monday, June 8th at 5:30 PM at the Coal Grove Community Center.

The purpose of this Special Meeting is to address the vacancy in the President’s position following the resignation of our current President and to take the necessary steps to fill the position.

This meeting is open to the public, and we encourage all community members to attend and stay informed about the future of our organization and community projects.

We look forward to seeing everyone there.

🏢 Important Building Rental Updates:
• The new rental rate has been set at $150 for all future bookings
• We will now be splitting weekend rentals into two time slots:
🕗 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🕞 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• If you have already booked and paid, these changes will not affect your reservation

These updates will help us better serve our community and allow more opportunities for building use.

Tonight at our Monthly Meeting, we officially voted to fill our Secretary position, and we are excited to announce that Morgan Smith has been elected!

Morgan has been a dedicated and loyal member of the Coal Grove Betterment Club for quite some time, always showing up and supporting our efforts to improve our community. We are proud to see her step into a role that fits her so well, and we know she will do an excellent job as Secretary.

Please join us in welcoming Morgan into this leadership role — we’re excited for what’s ahead!

As of Feb 17 th meeting we will start booking double 5 hour slots on saturdays and Sunday for $100.00 each slot. Those that have already booked and payed your rental will not be affected for the whole day.

Monday thru Friday 100.00 whole day.

Saturday 5 hour party 10am to 3 pm 100.00
Saturday 5 hour party 3:30-8:30 pm 100.00

Sunday 5 hour party 10 AM to 3 PM $100.00
Sunday five hour party 3:30-8:30 PM $100.00
