Our club members took time this evening to host a holiday party featuring appetizers and dessert. They then engaged in a competitive game of “Plastic Wrap Ball”, and concluded the evening with a gift exchange. Happy Holidays from GFWC IL Coal City Junior Wiman’s Club!

The Coal City Juniors are happy to announce our Kriskindle Market & Village Tree lighting will be held on December 1st!

The Kriskindle Market will be held from 12 pm - 4pm

Village tree lighting & Santa will be from 4-6

What is the GFWC National Day of Service?

The General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) is united in its dedication to volunteer community service. The GFWC National Day of Service (NDS), launched in 2023, spotlights an area of need in communities across the nation and around to world to bring about positive change. The 2024 GFWC NDS focuses on food insecurity and hunger. GFWC clubs organize Community Service Programs in their communities to raise public awareness and gather the resources necessary to help those in need.
